Our service is priced per user, per month. The monthly cost includes onsite and remote support, Microsoft 365 management, email, device and network cyber security, Microsoft 365 data backup and strategic guidance on the evolution of your IT. If you are a regulated business, we include everything needed to comply with Cyber Essentials certification, with no surprise invoices.

No. All administrative changes are included as part of our fully managed IT support service. Examples of administrative changes include creating new user accounts, creating new email addresses, Permission and privilege changes, Firewall rules and Configuration changes and Account password resets.

Yes. Unlimited onsite support is included in our Managed IT Support service, for those occasions when we can’t resolve an issue remotely.

Our standard contract length is 12 months, with a 3 month notice period.
