AMICA CARE TRUST
Amica Care Trust are a specialist care provider with homes across the South West and West Midlands. With regular changes in personnel within their IT support provider, relations were becoming tense and a resolution was needed to repair what was seen as an important partnership for both businesses.
Starting with a Strategic Technology Assessment, we set out to understand the technology in place, the pain points experienced and how the relationship between the two businesses was felt by both parties.
By working with both parties to resolve outstanding issues, work together on a path forward and build a stronger future, Amica Care Trust have been able to flourish with the renewed support of their IT support provider.
